So I have been put in charge of a guild recently and as much as i dont lead the main heroic raiding team i am the GM so obv when 3, FUCKING 3, people left the heroic team im helping to recruit and it's... not turning out well. the 4th best healer on the realm and 2 of our best dps left. perfect. This is not including the main tank who was gm leaving a couple weeks before. WHYYYY. "wow stop bitching its a videogame" u might say.
