I'm the exact same way. I have so many ideas that when I actually start typing, I'm not sure what I should put out or express today. The best thing to do is just to start, regardless of whether or not you have specific ideas going in, and just write, no matter how silly or stupid you think it's turning out.

Writing is like a muscle that has to be exercised, same with art or any creative endeavor.
