Ok. So my pack and I were talking recently about some things that have been happening at the Prancing Skiltaire (PS) lately that we really don't enjoy and that there's really not much control over it anymore.

My biggest complaint is that my friends and I have been going to PS since about last June or July (I really can't remember...) and we still don't know who the hell lives in that house...which we'd kinda like to know since that's where all our complaints about some of the things going on there need to go.

Sure I could ask around, and see what people know, but another complaint about it is that no one else seems to know who lives there either. I shouldn't have to go on a manhunt just to break up vulgar behavior.

These are some of the things that we've been experiencing at PS that we'd like to stop: (by the way, keyomi complained about these things before on blog posts and live feeds, and they were claimed as rumors by others attending PS. Which I'd like to disspell that as TOTAL CRAP because these are things we have ALL been disgusted by AND witness to.)

Also please keep in mind that these actions are taking place at a party that has been labeled as "all ages", "no drinking allowed". (ie: family oriented & under-aged minors attend.)

-a few months back there was someone in the backyard that was being given a blow job in front of everybody (yes I was witness to this)

-most recent PS there was a girl with a questionable minor age with her shirt AND bra off in the backyard getting a back massage while there was a children's birthday party taking place in the neighbors backyard (WHICH HAS A LOW VISIBLE FENCE) (yes I was witness to this)

-most recent PS there was a four-way make-out session between a girl and 3 guys taking place at the art table outside. (yes I was witness to this)

-on a few occasions one of my friends has been sexually assaulted by a man who would go around and grab other men's crotches. (yes, I have been witness to this, AND YES THAT IS CONSIDERED SEXUAL ASSAULT. Look up the law.)

I'm sure there are a countless more things that either my friends or anyone reading this who attends PS could contribute to. Please feel free to do so.

Also please read in detail what I have written up. I have no issues with "cuddle sessions" or people getting back massages or showing appropriate public displays of affection. But the things I have listed are out-right vulgar, unnecessary, and quite frankly enough reasons to make me and MANY OTHERS stop attending PS. This is why my pack and I have proposed this:

Myself, :kayskah:, :maliceinfurryland:, :keyomi:, :hallet-phlox:, :darktakumi:, and :nanashi87:, have proposed that we try and start another furmeet of our own! Furvine!

Organization, crowd control, and easy access to whoever needs to make a complaint, or help will be available. Basically everything we dislike about PS will not be allowed!! It will be family oriented for all ages, and will be held in Irvine. The idea is that we hold ourselves in a good example of what furries are and help people diffuse the sterotype of furries being gross, beastiality, sex machines, and show them that we are about the art, the animals, and having fun. If this does not fit your description, or desire, YOU NEED NOT APPLY.

Details still need to be made. We will keep everyone posted as the idea unravels.

Please let me or anyone listed above know about any concerns, ideas, or complaints. And feel free to tell us what you like/dislike about PS so we know how to better run our get-together. Any suggestions will be appreciated!

The only detail that we know is going to be pretty solid at this point is that if all goes well, we will hold it every 3rd Saturday of every month.
