But the person who made the journal knows he needs to get the cat to the vet, except he doesn't have the money, which is a very real problem these days, but you probably don't understand that since you felt the need to comment the way you did in the first place. I'm assuming you have everything handed to you on a silver platter and therefore don't understand what it means to have to work in order to get things done. Well, here's the deal, in case you haven't been following the situation in the several journals made on the topic, one of which you commented on-- his cat is sick. He knows his cat is sick. He has seen a veterinarian, has been informed as to what may be wrong, and was given a price quote for a procedure. He cannot afford that procedure. He is trying his best to save up by taking commissions and accepting donations, he's doing his best for a pet that he loves; what he doesn't need is inconsiderate people pointing out the obvious without any regard to how that might make him feel, as the person who is having to witness this and who knows something is seriously wrong. Maybe next time you should do your research before posting a comment.

I don't need to research anything. Plus you jumping on people cases on someone's journal really makes them want to help the fella let me tell you.

I know it's hard to think about, but it sounds like you may need to start considering what's best for him in the long run. If he's this bad off this early, he's only suffering. I really do hope things improve, but coming from a fellow critter momma, you do have to think about things... It's really hard and it sucks, but that's part of being a critter parent :( I've had to help two of my babies cross the rainbow bridge, and neither time was easy, but sometimes it's the only option we have left :(
