Megaplex was awesome. On to RF

I don't really write con reports much, but this was worth it. It's also been like.... 2 weeks since the con so you've probably read everything you need to know about the con.
So now that I've given you two very good reasons NOT to read this journal, I present, the Journal.
Alright, I've gone to like... a good dozen cons or so, and one thing made this one special beyond all belief.
There was the Candy Band.
If you haven't heard,
rhubarbthebear and
cosmik are the two most talented musicians in the fandom I've ever met.
They are multi-instrumental masterminds who can friggin jam like you wouldn't believe. Visit their pages for more info. They're infinitely interesting and watchable in everything they do.
I was lucky enough to get asked to join them on stage to try and hobble along while they destroy earth musically. To be more specific, I was the backup guitarist in a band including
foxamoore , Rhubarb, Cosmik,
guitarstitch (who KILLED on electric guitar) and ... CRAP I totally forgot the drummer's name. He's the only one I didn't talk to, but he was SO prepared, and solid.
They also let me do one of my own songs "Two Headed Man" (watch with the link below)

ALSO I got to sing a couple other ones including the Peppermint Twist (featuring some explicit Kage ass action)

It's somewhere between a bar band, a furry disaster, and pure FRICKIN MAGIC. What you can't see happening from this angle is Fox tearing it up. you can HEAR him though. Like... my little fingers can't contain how happy this show made me. I got to meet so many cool musicians.
Oh yeah, and I had my own show or whatever. It filled the room and had some of the coolest moments I've ever had on stage at a con.
Thank you so much for everyone that came out to see my show. It brought tears to my eyes.
Well I rambled for a good 10 minutes. I'm so full of happy. I love you guys. *hugs the world*

Seriously. It warms my cold jaded heart to see people coming out to support furry music.

RF you say? Looking forward to seeing ya there!
You should totally see my show at RF! It will be tollerable! downright watchable. Maybe even listenable.
