Help?

I want to draw, i really do... but I've been finding it very difficult, I just have no real drive and it feels like my creativity has yet to come back. I've tried drawing others things, gift art and stuff, tried doing trades but I just... I dunno... What can I do?
Also I've been having other problems, such as not sleeping, feeling detached, apathetic, but also little things, everything makes me angry... I just dunno, my life constantly changes, thigns get good go my way for awhile then it all falls apart and I struggle forever and thne it gets good again, like a really shitty roller coaster ride.

Meanwhile, try to get more sleep and have plenty of rest daily. You'd be surprise how much better you'll feel emotionally after several days. Something to do with sleep deprivation, I guess.
Take care.
for the emotional stress. going to open spaces and sitting down, possibly sketching. or walking in the park. that is very nice.
try not to let things get to you, its when it all falls apart
I use to do all that stuff when I lived on campus, but after my brother fucked up everything for me I'm living with my mother again now, and theres jsut nothing like that here for miles. :/
Again, another good thing I find to help with emotional problems is distraction. Just taking your mind off things can help.
And I suppose getting enough sleep, although I shouldn't be one to talk in that area... hardly.
Good luck and hope things get better for you.
Have you tried origami? yeah...neither have I.
Just try something new and different that will help you relax and regenerate. =3 If I feel bad or don't have inspiration to draw, I always read a good book. You just have to find something that works for you. But take a break! That is what you need; some self time.
I wish you luck, hon!
More sleep,
drinking more water (they say one should drink two litres a day),
more vitamins (when possibile in real vegetable and fruits instead of artificial supplements),
drawing more, simply wht your feel like or what comes on the wings of music,
listening to music for your feelings to either reflect them and find solance or to make you directly feel better and for inspiration,
doing sports, including random instant dancing to music (really, it is fun and relaxing and good for your health).
1. Do you get a vacation any time soon? It sounds like you've got SAD or need a break or something.
2. When I feel uninspired, I go window shopping at game/comics shops, poke around the internet, or just generally go places with lots of visual intensity. I figure ideas will come eventually, just I gotta kind of passively put myself around observing stuff.
3. Maybe this would be a good time to draw stuff from real life, or work on just purely technical stuff, 'cause you won't have any big emotional investment?
