So garage sale Saturday and Sunday!! 10am - Afternoon some time. (Seattle)

two of my roommates basically told me I have to get rid of stuff. I agree I have too much. To normal people this is an easy thing to do but for someone who is currently suffering from a few different mental conditions this is an insane request. I'm so stressed I cant sleep and have no appetite. Probably only have gotten between 2 to 4 hours per night all week. For me to actually accomplish this I needed help. Have asked the roommates and its like pulling teeth to get them to help me so have done most of it on my own.

Best way for me and my brain issues to get rid of stuff is to see it leaving. It cant be in this house anymore. So when the roommates who haven't really lifted a finger to help me are now pawing through stuff i have already sorted and want to know if they can buy stuff I say no. They get irritated with me that I wont sell them this stuff. But the way my brain will see it is I never really got rid of it. my stuffs still here its safe. THAT'S NOT THE POINT OF THIS! this yard sale it to progress my mental health and all you guys are doing is making it that much more difficult for me.
