It might be quite cliche, but since Hypnosis is a psychic attack. Why not psychic type pokemon using hypnosis on types that are weak to psychic types such as fighting.
Psychic pokemon may include those such as: Alakazam, Hypno, Mewtwo, Deoxys, Beheeyem, Reuniclus, Gallade, Bronzong, etc.
and fighting could be: Hitmonlee, hitmonchan, machoke, machamp, Hariyama, Throh, Swak, Pangoro, Emboar, Infernape, Croagunk, scrafty, chesnaught
or just psychic pokemon using it on any musclur/manly looking pokemon
