Got myself a new laptop! So faar: So baaad. (Ranting? naah.)

Right. Got myself a new laptop for school usage purposes. I were looking forward to be using it, due to it's specs. It's HP Pavillion. My thought about it so faar about after 1-2 hrs of usage. so faar.. So baaaaaaaad.
Pre note: No I'm not pissed off, nor in a bad mood. I'm just critisizing this fucker.
1: Win 8: For starter: Personal problem. I dislike changes, especially to HUD. Which is a big Minus for me to Win 8. And where the fuck is the start bar? GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE!
1 UPDATE: I've been told that I can "Convert" my laptop from Win 8, to Win 7. Making the touchpad the #1 most annoying thing on my laptop!
2: The touchpad. Hate it. simple as that. The buttons are at one with it, and because of that, is it not working propperly, AT ALL! Who was this stupid fucker who got this idea in the first place?!?
3: Time-Date format: I had to do EVERYTHING from scratch. I set my region as Norway, but language in English. And thus, everything with time and date were set to US fucking standards. uugh... still hate the touchpad tho.. <-<
