Loss of Childhood Memories

In other news...
Some of you know exactly what that title was referring to, some don't. For me, it was a bit of news sudden enough to dampen any good in my mood for the rest of the evening.

As one of the most influential people from my childhood, ranging from Genie to Patch Addams to one hell of a laugh onstage, it comes as no surprise to hear that such a man is being considered a suicide victim. Suicide... I don't understand it. There really isn't much of a way I can grasp the situation entirely.
It may have ruined the buzz of a good day, but I won't remember him for this. I'll remember all the times he's made me laugh, cry, and laugh until I cried. Whether he be the man trapped in a board game for twenty years or the man who used Spore in such a way that made the platypus look good, he'll always be one massive load of fond memories that helped me learn to live in my childhood.
Rest in peace, you ubermensch, you. Find the good laughs.
