Odd Dream

~Writing down details before I forget~
I was playing some sort of first person Pokémon RPG on the PC. I was involved in a battle with someone in Japan,
and we were down to our last Pokémon, myself with a Lugia, and my opponent with something I had never seen before,
sort of a mix between a turtle and spider. The game switched to a side-scroller, where I could move Lugia around like
a shoot'm-up, and the opponent was at first retreating, shooting small bubbles at Lugia, which I could destroy with
Lugia's attack, which resembled Aeroblast. Also had a boss-like health bar on the screen. After chasing the opponent to
the far wall, it transformed into a massive turtle/spider beast, and began to slam its head as an attack, forcing me to
retreat all the way back to my side of the level, trying to dart in and take a few shots with Lugia's Aeroblast. I was
defeated, and after the match, went into a world mode reminiscent of Second Life, where I moved in a 3D realm and
was able to find the Japanese player to thank him for the battle, who was impressed how well I held out. I also vividly
remember pointing to my screen and saying, "What the heck is this?!" during the side-scroller battle.
It was amazing.

Sometimes you have dreams that are vivid and interesting. I wish it happened more often, because it can be a really interesting experience.
