No one is forced to live there... the whole point of the video was that if others worked on their land like the Jews do... all the surrounding land... Remember Israel is tiny... compared to the lands around them... if others worked like the Jews their lands would be just as fruitful.

I doubt so... Sure they worked hard on it .. I do not deny it... but still their country is a part of the Fertile Crescent ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fertile_Crescent ) okay. Jordan and Iraq are too but some other part of the near and middle east are not that fertile.

here in germany also Muslins, buddhists and so an can vote as long as they are german citizens... either they are christians or not :D I hardly doubt only jews work in Israel :D

That land was in the possession of others for centuries before Israel was formed and remained unimproved. But suddenly Israel is formed and things are made better, yeah I think we can blame that on the Jews alone. No one said only Jews work IN Israel however they have been the ones to made it able to support that number of people.

i would give credit to Britain and america as well. Britain created modern Israel back after WWI and helped support them. America supplies them quite well and are a heavy ally for them. They have moved from a Socialist economy to a free-market capitalism system and are mainly democratic. If they didn't have the big allies they had though they would be gone by now. I think their success is both domestic and foreign as their allies help them out quite a bit.

Israeli Palestinians and non-Jews enjoy the highest standard of living in Israel than anywhere else in the Arab world. Arabs also serve in the Knesset, the Israeli parliament. That's far more that can be said for Jews and Christians that are unfortunate enough to live in Arab/Muslim dominated countries.

and for sure you are right about that in the arab/dominated countries.. I still try to understand why those countries are often so anti-democratic. but maybe it is also because of the western countries view on those topics. On a long term I say: We can never know if in 200 years the arab states are "first world"

Actually non jews can vote in Israel. 20% of the population iof israel is arab and they can not only vote, they have a political party and members in the Knesset (the Israeli parliament). Arabs in the gaza strip and west bank cannot vote, but they are not citizens of Israel.
