so heres teh "Default" form Loc takes when he's not anything eles. that is to say when he's not shapeshifting into soemthign eles thsi is what he is as himself.

Loc

Appers to be a Cat/dragon. The size fit for laps.
White furr covers his body.
Pink underbelly.
The forpaws starting from the elbows are blue with yellow toes.
The hindpaws are red with green toes.
Black bat wings with yellow feathers growing out of the edges of the membrane.
Double pointed ears that can open and close into wide fins. They are a cream color on the inside with a burgendy outside, black tips .
Head hair is purple.
Along the spin is a multicolored fin.
A tuft of multicolored feathers sprout from the tail tip and flow like silk in the wind.
His eyes are like two reflective mirrors of shifting color.
