Hair on a fursuit head | DIY Question

Going to be working on Sebris 2.0 pretty soon now that I have a budget. I'm pretty handy with crafts :3 Gunna nab a base from DV and just work from there. Just a question though
I am looking to make this head more like...well...me. My current fursuit head looks the way it does because that's all I could really afford at the time. (I also didn't know there was such a thing as Resin base blanks~). Doesn't make it any less great though. I love the head :3 Just want to reflect my image better. I have most of it thought out already but what's left is figuring out how to put my hair on the head.
Not looking for a hairstyle too fancy, just going for what is on my Ref sheet

With that, What would any of y'all recommend in terms of going about this without spending a hundred or two on an expensive wig?
