VORE MEETING - EUROFURENCE 20 - DATEs & TIMEs

OK, there will be two meetings at the eurofurence 20.
The first one with a room will be from 16:30 to 18:00 (4:30pm to 6pm) in Panel Room 7 - Thursday.
We got told the room is empty from 14-18. that means if you like to meet befor 16:30 you are free to go there and look. but I will maybe not there yet. official it stays at 16:30-18:00
I will try to put flyer/posters at info tables/boards (as well twitter! follow https://twitter.com/forceswerwolf )
BTW that is right AFTER the parade. if the parade goes longer we maybe start later depending on it.
Same goes if the parade goes faster. we could start earlier than.
AS WELL, Uncle Kage's story hour takes place at 18:30, half hour to find a place in the waiting line should work.
IMPORTANT: the vore meet is NOT a event or something like a panel. Its JUST a meeting: we just talk and meet.
like a little con during the con. Bring some fun stuff with you, if you like :P Its allways fun to have stuff to talk about.
The second lobby based meeting will be announced at the con. Most likely it will happen on Friday (the meet not the announcement) This is because we don't know how the lobby looks and works like this time. Since its the new location. We check it and than we look further. We'll update flyer/posters at info tables with the times. (as well twitter! follow https://twitter.com/forceswerwolf )
This is because we want a second meeting in the lobby. We will try to get tables there again, like the last 3 years too, so even those not knowing about the meeting can spot/see and join us.
