Im 23 and I feel like I am well beyond 80 years old.
I feel like I was meant to be born on a completly different time period... and here I am instead.

I have only started to realize this very recently as I once again started and finished a game called GTA: Vice City.
I had been playing 80's inspired games before... Listening to the music of those times (Including the "New Wave Retro". One of my favorite musical movements of all times).... I even watched documentaries about the 80's and... I can feel I am well beyond addicted to anything from that time period.

My best friend mentioned that I might have just been born in the wrong time period. Which is ironical, since I was born right in the 90's .... And those times were just as cool but its like im missing a slice. Hell, It would have been nice to me to be born even in the 70's....

But damn, what can I say? The neon color lights... The Miami atmosphere... The fantastic music and art (Not to mention the fashion style)...

Yes, I can confirm to you that I was meant to be born in the 1980's

I don't mind having birthdays and such.
But once people stop coming over and you stop buying a birthday cake to the coffe since there's no one to share it with, birthdays turned out to be a depressive day for me as I know I just get one year closer to the "end of the line" so to speak. ^^;
And now when my father is not around anymore it kinda get worse.

No offense, I do like birthdays, but they just turned into depressive points in my life as for now. ^^;
