I have been working on a commission as well as making molds and trying out new products on the side.
Everything was going pretty smoothly when my daughter came to me with a challenge.
She wants me to make her a dragon head out of foam.
She has shown me the design she wants and it looks pretty straight forward.
There is, however, a twist.
She wants to have the mouth open a bit and use that opening to look out of instead of through the eyes.
She also wants to be able to open the mouth wider - using her own jaw.
So, the only mode of vision is through the mouth of the dragon and the mouth has to be movable to open wider.
I have been doing a lot of research for this one.

She wants it for the spring cons.
I got the open jaw done and it works great.
I also have the 4 ears she wanted shaped like she wanted and attached.
She wants the fangs to be extra large & mostly clear with a pink core.
I have the molds made up for that and will pour them soon.
She also wants 6 eyes which we almost have all worked out.
I am currently trying to shape the head wings.
Also, she wants me to incorporate home-made feathers.
