Commissioning me means that you agree to all of these terms. Read them thoroughly!
I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO REJECT YOUR COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON. I DON'T HAVE AN AIRBRUSH OR A LOT OF PATIENCE SO SOME MARKINGS ARE IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME.
Quotes and Prices
Quotes are open at all times, for a quote, you can note me or send an email to furtasticstudios@gmail.com. Prices are subject to change depending on how much I feel my work is worth as well as the availability of materials. Quotes are good for 3 months, then you must get a new one.
Allergy Warning
I have multiple cats that actively wander my workroom. Do not buy from me if you are severely allergic!
Payment
Paypal is the only method I will accept unless you deliver cash in person. A nonrefundable down payment is required for larger projects, while smaller projects must be payed upfront. The down payment is around 30% of your final price. Payment plans are accepted for larger projects, please inquire if interested. The full payment is required by the time the suit is sent out. If you need a suit by a certain due date, tell me ahead of time to see if I can make it by then. A rush fee may be applied.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in quotes. I will ship international, but buyer always pays shipping. The shipping price must be paid before the suit is sent out. If you live near me, I am willing to meet up to give the suit in person. Con pickup is available, check my personal page for my upcoming conventions.
Refunds
If you are having financial issues or are not happy with how the suit is coming out, a refund may be available based on how much has been completed on the suit. Please inquire about this, I only want to give refunds when absolutely necessary. If the suit has already been partially or fully completed, I have the right to change markings to no longer resemble your character, and then auction it off. The down payment is non-refundable.
Concept Art
Concept art is required for any character that isn't a basic pre-existing animal. It must have at least a front and back view, and preferably a side view as well. All details must be shown, and I am not responsible for missing any markings not included. I will not do copyrighted characters, i.e. Simba, Pikachu etc.
WIP Pictures
I will send occasional work in progress pictures while your project is being worked on. Feel free to point out anything that needs to be changed. If it is a complicated marking that was not on your ref sheet and was not made clear to me beforehand. it may be subject to an extra fee.
Sizing
Duct tape dummies are required for fullsuits and separate bodysuit orders. Measurements will be required for all parts for a proper fit. Any sizing issues due to a badly made DTD or incorrect measurements are not my fault. If the DTD is poorly made, I may ask you to make a new one. If you refuse, you are aware that your suit may not fit properly.
Repairs
I offer small repairs for free at any time(popped seams, glue undone, etc). You will have to pay the shipping costs to and from regardless. After 6 months, bigger repairs will cost an amount based on the damage and the time it will take to repair. Contact me to get a quote on repairs. Repairs will not be made if the suit was purposely damaged. Modifying your suit in any way voids your warranty. Please let me know if the repairs must be done by a certain convention, meet up, etc. I can also do a repair at a convention if I am attending.
