A few quick questions

Hi everyone, how are you all doing? Been a while since I even touched FA, so I'ma give a rundown of what i've been doing real quick.
Applied to MICA, got in, Going for an animation degree. In need of commissions and a job to help pay for my education.

So I've got a few questions that I would like to ask all my friends on here who use FA regularly. Most of this regards submissions. I tend to work at high HD quality with all of my drawings, as most of you would know from looking at my Deviantart account, and as a result most of the time I don't submit things here to FA because I have to drop the quality horribly or it just won't take the picture even if it's in a jpeg format because it's so large.
So question 1!
I use photoshop, how can I change the pixel count without dropping the quality horribly? Do I also need to change the size of the picture?
question 2!
Does FA have a watermark feature similar to that of DA? Or do I have to watermark it myself?
(I already do add meta data to my images before I upload them)
question 3
I see the commission thing here on FA but don't know how to use it per say, can someone guide me through the process?
Note: I have done plenty of commissions before and would like to upload them here to FA as examples of what I have done for people in the past. I'll be checking FA regularly soon, and probably will clean out all the old art that is in my gallery.
