Yeah, nothing damaged and no one hurt. In fact, despite how hard the house itself shook nothing tumbled or fell over, not even my chess pieces. Still...I had other worries about why the world was shaking other than an earthquake. Kept me up most of the night. Now I'm struggling to stay awake at work.

Nope. All is well...except for my psyche. I haven't felt a quake this hard since the aftershock of the San Francisco quake back in the late 80s or early 90s (and that was more devastating). Honestly; waking from a dream to this I was afraid it was something much worse than a natural quake.

Yeah, you're lucky, Tabby. Napa Valley got it REAL bad.
