The Zarishu Quadruplets -- Character Build Rules
11 years ago
Just in case you were wondering about the campaign world the quads are set in...these are the rules for creating a charater:
POINT BUY: All players receive 40 Build Points to create your character. Build points are used to buy both stats and race. Please refer to the Advance Player Guide for racial costs. NOTE: If you chose Aasimar, Tiefling or any race where you can roll for an additional special ability, you can opt to chose instead of rolling for an additional race cost of 4. Everyone also gets a Free background Feat, but that feat must be based on your rolled background.
ALIGNMENT: The GM is NOT a hard-core stickler for alignment, so the Ultimate Campaign Numerical Alignment System is in play. Only restrictions in alignment is that the character MUST be able to function in a group.
SETTING: Golarion. Do NOT assume that what you read in published material is how certain personalities act and behave.
STYLE: Be proactive. If you want to Sense Motive, then do it. Makes your skill checks on your own. It's is NOT the GM's job to tell you when to use your skills. Asking for advice or if a use of skill is appropriate, however, is fine.
Yes, he's an interesting GM. For the record: Kitsune are built on 9 points, which means I get 31 points for stats...:)
