Leaning towards a new tablet, recommendations?

Well..my tablet is on it's last legs. It's been a good 6 years buddy, and you have helped me approve my art abilities, but I'm afraid it's about time to say good bye.
My question for you guys is what tablet should I invest in next? My main issues with it, is that it needs to be portable, have a good stylus (maybe a mouse included), easy to use, and maybe if I'm lucky, Wireless?, and of course it needs to be affordable, or at least within reason for the price.
What tablets do y'all use, and whats the review you'll give it, and why?. (Scale 1-10, 1 being "Would not Recommend", and 10 being "It's awesome, you should go for one").
(My current dying tablet is a somewhat large Genius MousePen 8x6)
