My account was mature locked before because I wasn't over 18 years old.
I didn't know that I was 17 years old because age is calculated differently in korea. (I was 19 years old in korean age)
However, my birthday was passed, I became 18 years old.
I sent a note to admin so that they can know that I'm 18yo now
I had sent notes to many admins many times but I had not recieved any reply for a long time
One of the admins finally replied, saying that I need to open a support ticket
so I opend a support ticket and wrote what I want to say.
I also linked the picture of me with ID card
but
They haven't replied me untill now.
