~SHIPPING~
Shipping is through USPS.The cost is calculated through weight, distance, and packaging.
I will need an address or zip code to give you the estimated amount for shipping.
Usually a large thick envelope is used for packaging Hats. Boxes for tails.
Most orders cost between $3 to $25 for shipping and its +$1 for tracking (us only).
Tracking is not available for all countries and cost varies.
Estimated shipping time is three to five business days (us only).
Shipping time for other countries will vary.
~PAYMENT~
Payments through PayPal only. Will accept payment from start to finish of a product.
If paying after please be sure that you are definitely getting the product.
If payments are not met in a reasonable time after completion, the products will be sold as a premade.
If the product is complete and the customer no longer wants the the product then it will be sold as a premade.

~HAT DETAILS~
-Materials
Hats are made with fleece, faux fur, and some cases they use other synthetic fibers.
Hats are made with the same pattern (An average head size 22-24) but fleece is a stretchable material that comes in different thicknesses.
Hats size will vary only slightly.
-After Care
Hand wash in cold or luke warm water; mild soap.
For Machine wash use delicate setting and
cold water; mild soap.
Air Dry Only.

-Materials
Tails are made with fleece, faux fur, and some cases they use other synthetic fibers.
Filled with foam and/or poly fill.
Tails shapes and sizes vary on customer specifications.
Tails are belt loop style with elastic or reinforced fleece.
-After Care
Hand wash Only. Cold or luke warm water;mild soap.
Do not over saturate with water,it may move and/or compress stuffing materials.
Air Dry Only.
~YARN TAIL DETAILS~
-Materials
Tails are made acrylic yarn and some cases they use other synthetic fibers.
Bases have a plastic or metal ring.
Made with yarn braiding technique.
Tails shapes and sizes vary on customer specifications.
-After Care
Do not get wet unless it is absolutely necessary.
Washing might cause clumping, brush it a bristle or pet brush.
Use a hair dryer while brushing if it becomes wet .

Fleece is a stretchable material that comes in different thicknesses.
Sizes vary on customer specifications, usual length is between 4.5'-5'.
