Fun facts about Countess Brandusha Saniimariscu
11 years ago
First of all:
She is totally spontaneous creation. I actually thought she will be "character of one joke"
But after thinking a bit I must admit - Countess has a LOT... of potential :)
I already have few promising ideas with her.
Second:
I know westerners have troubles with pronouncing Eastern European names. So let's talk about pronunciation.
Part "Sanii" sounds like "sunny" with longer sound at the end. Like "sunnyeee"
Part "mari" sounds like "marine" without "-ne" :)
And "scu". Usual end for Romanian surnames. Sounds "skoo"
All together - "Sunnyee-mari-skoo"
Name "Brandusha" - "Brenda" without last "a" and "oosha" at the end
Third:
Translation
"Brandusha" means "crocus". Flower and spice. (personal preferences)
And now fun part. What I exactly meant when I said "character of one joke"?
"Sanii mari" means "big boobs" in Romanian Hur hur hur :D
