quick update (1/2 way through)

So...
I am half way through my 11 hour work days (14 hours including travel), and it seems Zayne, our collie, needs to go on pregnazone, as it will shorten his lifespan, but allow him to live comfortably, because we can't afford the more expensive drugs (Which's about $20/day, everyday). He spent all of this morning and afternoon puking, which could have been the first sign of his liver failing. Least to say, we are all shaken up, and scared.
Oh, and after work on Thursday, I got a throat infection, which I am still getting over, and it hurts to talk, which doesn't help when you work at a call center.
UPDATE: Zayne has now gone 3 consecutive hours of no water without puking, and has successfully drank 3 seperate 1/4 cups of water, so it seems he is going to recover from the bout.

Well, Zayne is still around, although he is showing pregnazone burns (Chemical burned areas of where fur wont grow from the drugs) and we had a scare where we almost put him down, but luckily what we found was benign. Although, we now have a third puppy, a german sheppard, who we got cause after the new scare, we saw our Collie was not going to be able to handle being alone well, and the new puppy is a hand full
