Router malfunctions
Possible lags have been measured during my streams and I can confirm it as well as I tried resetting the router, pinged it to a hundred count, and 1% packet loss is just enough to cause something like this, so excuse me everyone if lags tend to occur, I am about to look for a relatively affordable router to replace the actual one with a bit more reliable unlike this TP-Link TL-MR3220.
As my internship leader sysadmin told me his personal view about its brand "TP-Link is good... for home use." that I feel I can relate with.

I usually stick with asus, linksys, netgear,or when you want to go really cheep rosewill routers. if you want to used ddwrt or advanced firmware I would suggest using a decent Asus unit. keep in mind there is a fine line in cost. so if you want something that will be really reliable for the long term plan on about the 70 to 100 dollar range. you can get cheeper just keep in mind cheep for a router isn't the best idea

I found a wired router made by dlink on Ebay for $12.99 with free shipping. Works great.

Try Netgear

Netgear and linksys (aka cisco systems). are good routers. Netgear is quicker but linksys is more reliable and has better error handling.

I have both linksys and dlink. The d-link i like better for it's performance, but the linksys can be flashed with ddwrt firmware which gives you a-lot more control over the router. Linksys doesn't have the wifi range of the dlink but the dlink also uses external antennas.

Netgears in router GUI is not bad but it has some very conflicting parental controls that you have to be careful with and it's not always apparent if it's active or not when you are fiddling with the internal firewall. It's best to use a FW on your system instead and avoid the hassle .
