In other news, I will be receiving a new laptop this weekend and therefore, ARTS!!!
I need to get some good programs though to start with. Come Christmas, if I'm somewhat accomplishing the whole Digital Art scene, then I'll be trying my hand at getting a Tablet. Cintiq probably. *fingers crossed*

First order of business is completing the WIPs that I have already posted. I will need to Download them to my new laptop and then begin the ink/coloring process.
Any hints on how to make them glowy?
Any program suggestions?
All these things are welcome.
Also, I will be attempting to delve back into doing anime....wish me luck!!!
