well i was curious to all the artists out there, Is there a good paint program that doesn't cost much that someone like me can use? (not very good at drawing but i love painting and coloring line art) as of now it would only be for my amusement if anything or to color adoptable that i have bought or make them clothing (possibly to practice drawing clothes)
hopefully I can get some answers (i have tried GIMP and it does not like me at all)
