Matthew 7:21-23 says, “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

Gotta live it. I do not like the pretenders at all. It's something I've come to detest more and more. Makes me feel sick. Gotta agree.

I know this verse very well. It parallels the narrow gate analogy.

I don't want this to happen, though. I care about this person. I don't want them to go to Hell. I don't want any of them to go to Hell.

I don't care if they hurt me. No one belongs in Hell.

But I can't stop anyone from walking in there on their own.

All I can do is pray and hope they realize what they are doing and what they've done.

I don't know what to do.

Indeed, I just posted this because the situation seems to be the case described in the verses. I was hesitant to post this but I decided to do it anyways should the person see it and hopefully realize that shouldn't be the case. I am sorry to hear this. After that lengthy discussion about hurt and superficiality, this happens right away. No one belongs in hell, you are absolutely right. It's sad to see people walk into hell through choices and we really don't have anything to do with it. I suppose, it's a free will choice. I hope that person you obviously care really deep about will return after seeing the fault in their ways. I've been doing this for everyone I love, the only reason why I don't say anything is because no matter what I say, it has a higher chance of keep happening until they realize it themselves. So, I pray about that. That's the only way. I dare to say that you are doing it right by praying and hoping.

Praying and hoping is all I can do at the moment.
