went back into the old fashioned dry land training and also worken out at the gym more. Not trying to bulk up, mostly trying to get the endurance back along with the weight I had when I was swimming in college. 4.5 years and I weighed in at 185 at the most and it means I have around 40lbs to go to get back there. Been a lazy ass for 4 years and so far dropped from 248 down to 220 since the beginning of summer. Slow but sure and wil definitely be happy to be fit and not out of breath after a 30min run. Lazy vappy was lazy for to long >.>
