For anyone who missed it, last Saturday I fell and had the misfortune to break my elbow.

So! Due to stuff and nonsense (just not gonna go into it here..it's tiresome) I did not get a smaller/lighter cast put on yesterday as scheduled. Not too happy about that, needless to say. I am quite tired of this huge, heavy, hot plaster cast but am now stuck with it for 3 weeks, till October 13th (I shall be counting down the days!).

The one-arm thing is interfereing with my art more than I had hoped. I can't do digital because I have no hand for the keyboard or to reach tablet hotkeys (no ctrl-z! no shift! v fun) and traditional is awkward - my lack of a left hand to move the paper around, as is my custom, is problematic in making sketches larger than A5. I am working on colouring the commission I had fully sketched out right now, but for the moment this must also be done in small doses since simple things like "taking the cap off a pen" become awkward.

The bottom line - every full colour commission, especially digital, will be delayed. I'm very sorry about that. But what I can offer my commissioners who do not wish to wait is a full refund. Just get in touch and let me know. No trouble at all.

If I can figure out some kind of smaller, more manageable commission type to offer you guys in the meantime I may do so! It is terribly boring to be stuck home not able to do much. >_>
