Unfortunately, the person I was going to room with canceled his trip on Sunday due to a grandparent passing away earlier that day.
Soo... Rainfurrest became $360 more expensive since I'm now paying for my own room. (two beds all to myself! X3 )
I feel sorry for my friend. I think he really wanted to go. I think he also purchased some rather expensive sponsor level for the con, too..
Hopefully he'll get a refund.
