Changed my Icon, but it won't show change?

Don't know if this is a glitch or not. It's supposed to be the new Sailor Senshi looking one, but I still see the dancing avatar.
What do you guys see? If you still see the dancing one, how do I fix it?

I had to close the page and come back and then hit re-fresh for it to work!
