Was it then? It kept telling me that the site was a virus. So I asked if there was a different way to contact them on FB, they gave me an email and I emailed twice, then gave up. Same thing happened last year... so I just thought "Maybe it's not happening?"

Maybe I'll go one of the days though. Just to meet some of the local people n-n

I'll probably be there. I might have a college course in marketing that cuts right through the middle of the con, but I should still be able to go on Friday and Sunday.

Probably not gonna go unless those I know who DO go give me good word that it's worth the money... Things seem to have been slapped together last minute this time around and I am concerned it won't be as good as last year was. I don't want to pay for it if it's not gonna be worth my time... Sad, cause with proper planning, AFC is really a lot of fun. :/

I believe the full event pass is around 50 bucks which isn't bad for a whole weekend event minus the hotel. For a local con it should be fun. I would go if I were still in AZ. Who knows if this event will happen next year. I would say enjoy it while it lasts.

I'm definitely going!
