Pick 3-5 characters, and have them interviewed. Write their answers in a script/skit format.
Firstly, introduce yourselves!
P: Yeah, hi I'm Prowler
W: Wildside.
D: I'm, Dr. Dirk Ghosthunter.
J: Names, Jaden Freeborn.
B: Bill McDaniel.
What do you do for a living?
P: I don't know if you'd really call it a traditional job, but I'm the leader of a group fighting to overthrow the current tyrannical galactic government. Beyond that I'm also the hereditary leader of a planet in an undisclosed system. I also have multiple legitimate and not so legitimate holdings in multiple pan-galactic companies.
W: Bounty Hunter/Mercenary.
D: I'm a doctor of a free clinic on the Big Hub space station.
J: I'm a senior in High school and I work part time at a salvage and repair yard. I'm also a freelance photographer.
B: No job.
And after you are done with work or school or whatever it is you do, what do you do to unwind?
P: Unwind, wow if only I could do that more often. Usually I go down to the Park, shift into my tiger form and just run. Otherwise I spend my down time in the VR (Virtual Reality) chamber trying to forget all the problems that I can't tackle on my own.
W: I don't get downtime.
D: I like to read and snuggle with my mate if we have time.
J: As I said before I try to get out and do a bit of photography or work on old cars. Yeah, I know that's my job but it is something I like to do.
B: Hunting.
Any bad habits or nasty indulgences, like smoking or gambling?
P: I don't know if it's a bad habit, though several teammates have commented on it, but I overwork myself and it has also been pointed out that I seem to have a bit of a death wish.
W: No.
D: Unless it is a medical situation I tend to over think things but I otherwise I don't think I have any bad habits.
J: I hate authority and tend to argue with my teachers even though I know most of them aren’t trying to control my like my parents did.
B: Not bad, marking territory.
Do you wear hats, and if so, which is your favorite?
P: I wear a computer headset that raps around my head but no hats.
W: Combat helmets when needed.
D: I don't wear hats but I do wear a full gown in surgery.
J: Yeah I wear hats from time to time if they go with the rest of the outfit.
B: No, bothers ears.
Favorite method of killing someone?
P: I prefer not to kill anyone. I'm from a society composed of pacifists so my first thought is to negotiate but if the situation requires killing I'll go for quick, clean. and least painful method available.
W: Whatever gets the job done quickest.
D: I hate killing but there are times when it is required. In those cases I prefer lethal injection.
J: There are only two people that I would want dead but I'd never kill them. Instead I'd prefer that they be tried and convicted of their crimes and then left to rot in prison.
B: Ripping throat out.
What genre of books do you like to read? And if not those, any magazines or comics you might like?
P: I don't often get a chance to read but when I do it is usually poetry and fantasy.
W: Catalogues and history journals.
D: Medical journals, fantasy, and romance.
J: Manga, comics, science fiction, porn, and just about anything else I can get my hands on. Growing up I was only allowed to read my school text books and the bible so I've got a lot of reading to make up for.
B: Don't read.
What song could you put on repeat over and over again?
P: Well, I don't think I could handle listening to a single song over and over.
W: It's a very, very old Earth song but I like to listen to Cosmic Castaway.
D: I can't say as I listen to music. Now that you mention it I might look into that.
J: I don't have time to listen to a single song over and over. Like with books my parents only let me listen to pre-approved "clean" Christian music so I have a lot to make up for now that I've gotten away from them.
B: Music hurts ears.
Do you have any pets?
P: No, they have a nasty habit of becoming full team members.
W: I work with a feline/canine hybrid or an Eastern dragon from time to time but he isn't really a pet.
D: Yeah, I guess. I have a Silver rabbit with black boots, ears, and tail that I take out for walks sometimes.
J: No, the last thing I need right now is being responsible for a pet. Maybe at some point just not right now.
B: Had cat. Run away when I change first time.
What is the first thing you tend to notice when you first meet someone? What impresses you? What disgusts you? Is there anything that ever particularly grabs your interest – something you might find attractive? (Like glasses or a certain eye color.)
P: It might seem strange to some but the first think I notice is a person's mind. Now don't think that I'm just going out and purposefully reading everyone's mind because I'm not that type of person, but everyone and everything gives off a certain level of thought and emotion that I can see and read. While I'm turned off by an overly deceptive mind I also find an overly open individual to be just a repellent. I guess what it comes down to is I like a nice balance between honest but mysterious with a hint of danger.
W: No comment.
D: I notice a person's eyes first. You can tell a lot about a person from their eyes, unless they're form an insect race and then I'm completely at a loss. As for what I find attractive, well cared for fur and an open, caring personality.
J: I'm not going to answer this one. It's not that I don't have an answer it's just that I have no intention of talking about such things with anyone other than my boyfriend.
B: Smell.
Do you like roller coasters?
P: I've been on a roller coaster in the VR chamber once but I didn't like it. I get enough of that feeling when Dawna or Dare is piloting.
W: Never been on one and I can't see were the need would ever come up in my business.
D: Never heard of that before. I'll see if Buck has a VR program with one to try it out.
J: I've never been on one but once Mykale and I plan to go to an amusement park after graduation so I'll at least get the chance in the future.
B: No, Hated it.
If your character were in a video game, what game would you likely be in? You can name a genre, or a specific game.
P: I guess I just don't understand the question. Every time I enter the VR chamber I am a character in a virtual game.
W: JRPG otherwise it would just be more training and not a game.
D: I'm with Prowler on this one in not understanding the question.
J: I like most games though I don't really enjoy sports titles. I guess my favorites would be survival horror games.
B: Horror as monster.
Do you have any siblings? Do you like them?
P: On Accordia family is a very complicated affair. Not only do we have biological siblings but a complex fostering system that reinforces bonds between the families. My family is even more complicated as this fostering extends to the next closest Star System of Snarion. I had a biological brother but he died of old age a couple of millenniums ago. Then there is my Accordan Foster Brother, Rusty and the Snarion tiger twins, Ryune and Stayve they're still a part of my team. Well a couple of them are clones but same difference. While my relationship with my biological brother wasn't the best I can honestly say that yes I like all of them.
W. Don't know and don't care.
D: I don't know if I have siblings or not. I was abandoned when I was still very young so I'll probably never know. However, I have imagined what it would be like to have siblings and I wouldn't mind it if I did.
J: Fortunately I'm an only child. I don't know if I could have escaped from my abusive parents knowing that I left someone behind. When I was ten my cousin and his friend were as close to me as older brothers but I lot them when they were outed as being gay and ended up killing themselves because of the abuse they received primarily from my parents. I didn't know about any of that at the time but even if I did I'd have still loved them and looked up to them as siblings.
B: No.
Ever cross-dressed before?
P: No, but I don't have anything against it.
W: Yes, but only to complete a job.
D: Yes. Buck dared me to but I doubt it'll ever to it again. I'm pretty sure most of the central ring heard it when I slapped him when he couldn't stop laughing at my pitiful attempt at looking feminine. He may be my mate, and I really do love him, but there are times I could just shove him out an airlock.
J: No, but I've been considering a bit of experimentation. Unfortunately I really don't have the figure for it and it isn't something I'd do in public.
B. No.
What are your impressions about the other interviewees?
W: They're all a bunch of dead weight. With the exception of Prowler they'd never make it in the real world. Prowler on the other hand is just stupid in thinking that he has a chance of changing things. Evil people and events come and go the best thing to do is survive.
D: Wildside is an ass. I've dealt with his kind far to often when I was just an intern. He is the type that uses people and then discards them when they no longer serve his purposes. Prowler, on the other hand, is a hero. I know that for a fact because I was there when he nearly sacrificed his own life saving a large group of people many of whom didn't really deserve to survive in the first place. Jaden, I think we could easily become friends if we were from the same universe. Finally Bill, I think he needs to get a bit of therapy. In my universe being a shape shifter doesn't mean reverting to an animalistic state.
J: Prowler, seems nice but a bit overbearing. I agree with Dirk that Wildside is an ass. And yeah I could easily imagine just hanging out with Dirk maybe playing a game or two in that VR chamber they keep talking about. I'm not sure what to think of Bill. Oh sure he's a werewolf and all but I almost feel like we have something in common. I can't really explain it.
B: Don't care.
P: Wildside is gruff and dedicated to his job but I can sense that there is a tenderness inside of him that he is desperately trying to hide. I've met Dirk before and he is a member of my team so my impressions here are irrelevant. I get were Jaden is coming from but he really needs to let go of his past or it may end up ruining his future. That said I'd still trust him enough to let him join my team if he ever found himself in my universe. Finally Bill is hiding a great many things behind the wolf mask he's wearing. Perhaps the most notable is the fact that he is well educated and could communicate if he really wanted to.
Do you even want to be here?
P: I'm already here and it isn't taking me away from anything else that is more important so I don't have a problem being here.
W. Yes, I've got better things I could be doing.
D: I don't see as I have any other choice, but I don't mind as long as I get to go back to my own universe and my mate when we're done.
J: I'd rather not be, but I don't have anything better to do right now.
B: No.
Tell me a secret you know about anyone – it could be any other character, even ones that aren’t at this interview! Reveal something they wouldn’t want others to know!
P: I shouldn't tell anyone this but Dare, one of our more famous team members can't cook. No really he actually tried to boil water and it froze solid against all physical laws. While no one is willing to say it we actually think he has an advanced bad luck power that fortunately only exerts itself when he tries to cook.
W: No comment.
D: Sorry, but I'm not going to answer this question. Hey, would you answer it when your boss is sitting right there?
J: I just recently discovered that my father murdered my cousin and he may be planning on killing me just because I'm gay.
B: I . . . I had a feral mate and pups before another werewolf killed them all.
What do you wear to bed?
P: It depends on when and where I am when I fall asleep. If I'm actually going to bed then I sleep in the nude due to the fact that I often end up shifting between my three forms as I dream.
W: Boxers.
D: Boxers.
J: I used to wear briefs but since getting out on my own I sleep in the nude.
B: My fur.
Do you sleep more during the day, or during the night?
P: I sleep when I get the chance. Living on a starship or in a space station night and day is very subjective.
W: When I need to.
D: I sleep during Big Hub Station's night rotation.
J: Being in school means a pretty set sleeping schedule though I do like to sleep extra late on weekends.
B: When tired.
Thank you for showing up. What do you plan to do now that it’s all over?
P: I've got an invasion to plan. The planet that I'm the hereditary leader of has fallen to a corrupt descendant and I need to go and put him in his place.
W: I've got to find my partner and then hunt down a criminal.
D: It depends on whether Buck is finished with his governmental duties yet or not. Likely I'll go home and do a bit of cleaning.
J: I'm guessing I'll wake up and wonder what was in the Chinese food I had for dinner that made me dream this crazy shit.
B: Get back to human den. Get help against new werewolf hunting me.
Firstly, introduce yourselves!

This was very fascinating to read! I love how all the characters are so unique in personality from each other.

OP
Thanks, I tried to get a diverse selection but in hindsight I probably should have used at least one of my villains and maybe one of my females.
