So…To make a long story short, I’ve been suspended from my job indefinitely, with possibility((more than likely)) of termination because I’m suspected of theft at my hotel, as well as a court date for said theft on October 31st. In preparation for the storm that will likely ensue because of it, I’m reaching out to any and everyone that I can in hopes that I can possibly support myself long enough either to hold me over until I have a job, or to use my art as a replacement FOR my job.
This has never actually worked for me as I’ve been unemployed before and there wasn’t much help, but at this point, I really have no other choice. I’m actually something close to BEGGING for work at this point. I’ve got something like two more checks, about $600 in total coming my way in the next two weeks, and I don’t know what I’m going to do for money for the rest of the month. I don’t have any savings, I don’t really have anyone to fall back on, and I don’t have much else lined up aside from my art right now that can even turn any manner of profit for me. I literally JUST closed my commissions in hopes that I could start to focus more on my own OCs, just now to have to open them back up in their entirety.
I’ve been down and out before, it’s not fun. All I’m asking for from you guys is as much help as any of you can spare.
