Did the injury cause any lacerations and bleeding? If so, it might be an infection.

nope...I work at Ferrero in the tictac department and we work with large barrels of tictacs.

Im a short girl so when I had to manually load one of the machines, im not long enough to reach the tictacs unless I bend over the cardboard barrel. In doing this the edge was resting on my gut/just under my ribs but the tictacs are heavy when u have to shovel them by hand....so I had to do that for 2 hours and it felt like I was punched in the gut by the end of the day


I stayed home the rest of the week cause I hurt musculy and knew I couldn't be as fast as they needed me to be.......my gut doesn't hurt anymore but I still have the nausea

Oh, then it could be some kind of internal damage. You really need to go to the hospital.

thats sorta what I was thinking but I haven't seen any discolouration or tenderness or anything other then the nausea

I read on the net somewhere (i know it might be fake) that if you puke and it looks like coffee grounds ur bleeding internally and its reaching your stomach...however nothing really hurts until my stomach gets all blech and I wanna vomit....

its alittle scary cause im usually super healthy and hardly ever get sick at all.....so...feeling unwell this long is a tad worrisome....

Well, it's also if you use the toilet and blood comes out that way (or if your poo is dark dark brown/black), there's internal bleeding.

But it might just also be a stomach bug, because it's that time of the year, where flu is starting up. ^^ Either way, though, I suggest a trip to the hospital, just to be sure, since you've had a recent injury.

well ive never had the flu in my life so I don't think its that...and O///o um..my bathroom habits look fine ^-^;

so im alittle confused...but yep this sunday ill head up to the emergency and see what they say

the coffee grounds thing is true. I would really see a doctor, if it was an on the job accedent like it sounds like you might be able to get workman's comp. In the meantime I recommend eating white bread to help absorb any extra stomach acid which might help with the nausea and picking up a medicine called ondansetron, its over the counter and kills nausea. Hope this helps, I've had a long history with stomach problems

thank you ^-^ I had some bread earlier for lunch so hopefully with that and some rest I might get better

ill have to check up on that medicine...but I doubt ill be able to get some since im broke at the moment......personally it wasn't a huge deal and I didn't even mention it at all to anyone at work so I also doubt ill get anything for it.....I don't wanna waste their time ^-^;
