Time to tip the scales! (Smash 3DS GET!)

General
So I got Smash 3DS...two days ago, and I've been REALLY enjoying it. I'll admit, some of the 3DS controls feel odd, and I've had moments where I'd sort of lose sight of my character, but it's nothing to make me hate the game or proclaim that Smash should never be on a handheld, because it should be, as well as a console. It's everything I've ever wanted in a Smash game, sort of!
So what would I want for Smash 5 if there ever is one? (and I'm not talking Smash on Wii U, that's the same as Smash 3DS kind of) Well, my one most wanted character made it into the roster of SSB4 right in the beginning, so that was the most hype for me, but I think what I like about Smash 4 is that its newcomer lineup was a bunch of characters I didn't know I wanted (yes, even that guy, you'll see who I mean later on), and while cutting a few beloved characters of mine, I'm not too down on the game. I kind of expected Wolf to get the axe, and as shocking as it is, the Ice Climbers being axed due to hardware limitations on the 3DS is fine with me. Apparently Sakurai said they were planned for the roster, and were working on the Wii U perfectly, but the 3DS just couldn't handle it I guess. This is their first handheld version, give them a break.
I also really wanted to see Zoroark playable, but alas, he's been demoted to a Pokeball item. Also a Pokeball is Keldeo, and I'm happy the Swords of Justice got some attention, but I'd actually love to see Keldeo playable now. It's odd to think but we haven't had a playable legendary since Melee's Mewtwo, and Keldeo's movie was pretty well received along with Lucario's. Considering we have SEVEN Mario reps this time around (one who's actually eight characters in one), what's wrong with having an extra Pokemon?
So speaking of those newcomers, you probably want to hear my thoughts on them. Well, I like all of them, but there's a few specifics I REALLY like.
For starters, mentioned above was Mega Man. I played him to DEATH in the demo, and got pretty good. I sort of hardly use him in the main game for this reason. He's like a secret weapon to me; not a primary character choice, but I'll use him and kick ass when I feel like it.
Robin is definitely a new main. Either he's really good, or I'm just really good with Robin. Oh, and I know Female Robin exists, I just use he to describe my personal color choice.
PacMan was strangely really fun to play. I might get around to using him more.
I'm gonna say this now, I actually like Dark Pit. Yes, he's essentially a palette swap of Pit, but I just can't get into playing Pit. Yeah, Dark's heavier and tankier, but I like that, kind of like how I also like playing Ganondorf aside from Captain Falcon.
Rosalina, I'm getting the hang of. Same goes for Wii Fit Trainer and Little Mac. Still not quite that good with either of the three though.
Shulk is another possible main, I'm not too bad with him.
I don't like Palutena's standard up and down specials, but that's just me. I'll probably get used to them for online play.
And I really don't have much to say about the other new characters; I guess I just like them all, heh.
So yeah, battle me sometime if you have my friend code.

I was super hyped for the game at first, but after playing the demo, I was having trouble getting used to the controls so now I'm really on the fence. Are you able to remap them in the full game? If I could disable tilting up to jump as well as maybe remap some stuff, I think I would be good but it's a real dealbreaker if not. The slidepad feels weird to use for a Smash game.

You practically have total remapping control in Smash 3DS, including the ability to turn off tiltjumping. I turned it off myself.
