Every beast has something to say
I've been lifting weights, a bit idly if you will, for several years. I've achieved many things and I've gotten far by myself without any kind of help. Now, I've kinda lost sight of my goal, perhaps because I've reached a point whereI must choose.
Long time ago when I first entered a gym My goal didnt matter, as long as I'd get bigger and stronger. But I've grown very big and very strong too (or thats what I like to think) but... well. Im In the middle of nothing. Whats my next goal? should I get bigger? Should I get leanner? Should I drop weigh? Should I focus in strength? Should I focus in stamina?
I am so lost and so confused... My gym membership expired lately, so I am currently not training. I COULD train at home, but I dont feel like it, as I dont know what Im pursuing...
caasi drew a bit sumthing for me recently, and I loved it so much... I really loved it, seriously. I felt refreshed and desiring to keep going on. now I just need to choose a path, wich led us to our final dillema..
What do I do now?
So I ask all those who know me or watch me or somethin... What would YOU like to see from me?
Go ahead, be true to me this time. What would you like me to look? with beautiful abs? wonderful muscles? like a fashion model? plain beefy and big? Likee a bodybuilder? a Strong man?
Please, your opinion really matters this time..

y bueno las fotos se ven muy bien! no se cual sea tu limite. Pero tal vez enfocarte en fuerza es una primera meta?
But from looking at your body stucture I think strength might be closer to your gentic disposion.
That would be good, seeing you lift a car!

u should make ur body a bit harder. like u r strong already, but u should make ur skin kinda "glue" on ur muscle. in other words, get rid of some fat. u r not fat now, u r almost good in my humble opinion. just make ur body have a lil more shape. work ur "sillouette" ok? ^^

If I was you, I'd get cut for a bit. Just so you can show off your physique a bit more, before going back to the strength training.
por otro lado, hablar con culturitas te ayudaria tambien, sobretodo si llevan mas años que tu en ese mundillo,....vamos, para esplicarme asi, los mas veteranos pueden ayudarte mejor que este osito ^^
I would say.. you had something that inspired you beforehand, right? To get big and strong. I guess now, you have reached that goal! When you don't have something to push and fight for, then you lose sight of future/get depressed/etc.
So find somehing to help get you fired up about life again! Not just weights, but everything you love! it'll lift you all over, including wanting to do this!
As for what you should practice.. hmm... Maybe you could try something a little more strenious! Often big men such as yourself, even though they can lift heavy stuff, can't really run fast/do alot of pushups/pullups/ that kind of work. You should try to find a nice thing to do to help tone your muscles into more beautifu shapes!
Weightlifting helps make mass, but things like that er.. aerobics I guess it'd be called? Helps shape them, try some of that!
The most important thing is that you would be happy about how you look and feel with your body. Last time we were together on SL, you said you want to be big for me. I appreciate it very much and I hope we will get the chance to meet in RL someday, but I want you to think how YOU would like to look like and feel and do the kind of training that will let you achieve it.

El abdomen no me gusta trabajarlo con ejercicios especiales, eso es pura alimentacion, cuando se haya eliminado toda la grasa de la zona pues ya se comienza a trabajar, te lo digo por experiencia ;) de todos modos no te rindas, suerte!
