artists not doing their job? being lied to? screwed over? lol maybe its more of an artists beware thing but this person should stilll be shut down by FA

What a coincidence. I was having that same problem not too long ago. The FA staff rarely act on things like that unless the person is well known for scamming people. I would take it to Artist Beware. It gets results. Make sure no one commissions her again...or are at least hesitant.
