Turned the big 43 today.
Interesting tidbits from 1971 when I was born:
The Baltimore Colts won the Superbowl 16-13 over the Dallas Cowboys.
Rolls Royce went bankrupt.
Apollo 14 landed on the moon.
The Ed Sullivan Show aired it's last episode.
Mariner 9 is launched towards Mars.
Southwest Airlines opened for business.
Jim Morrison died :(.
South Tower of the World Trade Center became the tallest building in the world.
Walt Disney World opened in Orlando.
Toyota Prius is the #1 selling car in the world...... :)
Billboard #1 song: "Joy to the World" by Three Dog Night.
Pittsburgh Pirates win the World Series by beating the Baltimore Orioles in game 7.
Led Zeppelin releases "Led Zeppelin IV".
Kid Rock is born.
Stuart Appleby is born.
Tupac Shakur is born.
"Clockwork Orange", "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory", "Dirty Harry" were all released.
"Tricky" Richard Nixon was president.

The first Toyota Prius didn't go on sale until 1997, and that was in Japan, it went world wide in 2000.
