Paypal help - /fixed!

I just noticed through Paypals new website when I go to request money, I have no option to select it as Goods or Services. The latest batch of commissions I’ve had people pay for I have paypal asking me to print shipping labels for which I know is a HUGE NO-NO when you have nothing to ship for it.
I cannot figure out how I use to do this before they updated their site. And if I recall correctly I had the same issue when using their invoice system which is why I navigated away from that. (unless they changed it, in which case I didn't see an option for it there either so maybe I'm just very blind) x_x;
Also I'm not entirely sure about what to do with the shipping label thing--do I print them out in order to not get flagged? I'm just kind of at a loss and I don't want my account to get fucked over. :I If anyone else has had any experience with this I'd love insight.

This new paypal is so... Jarring. On your screen shot it shows a tab ontop of the page that says "request money", But I dont even see anywhere to get to that one you showed O_o
Oh, is your paypal set to "business"? Thats the only thing I could think of, since I made my paypal a business account by clicking on who knows what a year ago.
Paypal themselves suggest sending invoices for both goods and services, so I wouldn't think you'd get in any trouble so long as the line items are accurate. Like, put in "Custom art - digital delivery" or something.
It's just when I use to send out invoices through their system I'd still get the little box next to the payment after that I need to print a shipping label, and the "Request Money" option use to let me check a box for goods and services that would take away the shipping label fiasco. That's pretty much what I'm trying to avoid right now since I'm not shipping any goods - and Paypal has been seizing money/accounts for not actually printing labels and shipping items.
I def don't mind this for mobile but god no not for desktop. u_u
The only way you can do it now is to select an invoice and then select "Services" and that will make you fill out a "by the hour" kind of thing. I believe then it wont send you a "Ship to" thing.
The other way you can do it is have people send money to you for "Services". They do this by sending money and when they get to the "Ship" choices they can choose "No shipping needed".
But yup, unless they change it back their current new layout has taken away "Services" for request money. It's pretty screwed up... How the hell are people supposed to request money now? It's absurd.
