Good artists to me..
most of that, yes. Styles and subject keeps me around. Quality, is very very meh. A lot of my favorite artists have very simple art styles. I like lesser known, I like.. different. I know all art is different. Just like all people are different!! But I've always had a taste for art and people that.. really really stick out. Unlike all others.

So, very different art styles, subject matter, and also whether or not the person is friendly or how they act in general. Some get to be too much and I must rinse my life of them.
Good artists would be good people, who love what they do!!

Quality of work is a big part of it, but if it's not subject matter in my interest or a fetish I don't have, not so much. I can think of a couple of SUPER popular artists who draw 99% vore or hyper and aren't in my watch list.
Style plays a part too, but more that I find a style INTERESTING more than it having to be clones of a particular style.

I suppose it's an odd balance of subject matter and style for me personally.

Subject and passion

The two are tied together really. I'm looking at sites like this because I want to see something I'm already interested in, fetish or otherwise, it's rare I'm out looking for something new.

So what usually catches my attention is only partlt the quality of the work, with the quantity of work on a given subject being top priority for me.

If you're doing something I like, and you like it enough to produce a fair amount of it over a significant period of time, then your quality is going to improve with practice and I'll enjoy watching your art improve while sharing in your passion just as much or more than any given art piece.
