Hey, everybody! It's great to see you guys again. Nothing like an outage to remind you how much you use a site, right? ^^
DDoSs can happen to anybody, and I'm super pleased to see that they weren't able to keep FA down for long. I'm itching to get back into the swing of things and get some fun stuff posted ASAP, and I hope you'll all join me!

I wouldn't get too caught up in all of that, though. DDoS attacks are just kind of a fact of life for popular services, and nobody ever really gets busted for them. I suggest just being happy that we're back, and hope that the powers that be can weather the next one. ^^
Meanwhile, I'm content to be happy with the return of one of my favorite sites. Let's all have some fun. ^^
Realistically a DDoS could keep a site down permanently. The real problem is a DDoS does nothing but inconvenience people and the attackers get bored fast, lol.
