Heya folks; been a while with something new here!
Nothing big I have to say here, other than wanting to thank you guys for these past few years!
This past year... heck, these past several months, some of the most moving, touching things have occurred to me that I NEVER thought would happen ever, if not in some far off future. Be it opportunities, chances, simply praise I've received from some folks, I have been insanely flattered at least once a month over something.
Apologies if I sound egotistical to name a few things, but to get some off my chest, I've been-
-Watched/praised from numerous artists/folks I look up (some even being in the art industry).
-Told from someone that a person who works for Disney said I have the potential to work there myself one day.
-Asked to do work for several conventions.
-Offered a position in the art department for a big-name convention (though had to turn down, 'cause legal reasons!).
-Receiving SO much interest in commissions (it's seriously almost overbearing...)
-And finally, what has to be the most important to me; given the chance to finally meet/see so many of you wonderful folks face to face for the first time/once again.
This past summer not only gave me the chance to improve myself art-wise, and having actually attracted the attention of folks I've admired for years is... very shocking, to say the very least.

I could go on rambling about every single thing that's happened to me this past year that still gives me such a big smile on my face, but I'm sure this journal is already getting more pointless than it probably started out. ^^;
But, I seriously must thank you guys for what I feel are my little 'successes' gotten so far. Without the support, directing back to my art pages, or even the numerous compliments (let alone gifts) I've received, I don't think I would have had the confidence to continue drawing from when I first started out. Looking back to it now, I recall times some part of me wanted to dumb art down to a mere hobby. I felt that not anytime soon would I ever get to a point where I could actually feel proud of a consecutive number of pieces I'd make at a time.
... Now, however, I've been finding myself continuously happy with at least one thing I may draw a day (even on bad art days, which tend to be often). I've been constantly influenced to create more each day. Several people have told me that they actually want to see my style be "out there" some day.
I... I don't think I'll ever be able to show my thanks to this fandom enough, and more so to you guys I've been blessed to gain such great friendships with. I would hope ya'll know who you are. <3
I know I haven't been able to create so much to post here these past few months (because of school and what I find to be my bad art days), but I'm insanely flattered and appreciative of you guys sticking with me still! I'll try my best to create more to actually post here and not just dump onto Twitter/Tumblr. :'D)

I try my best to open commissions as often as I possibly can (manage)! I do agree, demand from me has gotten a bit higher these days, it would seem... but, all in good time I'm sure! (There are many more wonderful artists one could commission anyhow! <3)

Hehe, goosh, thank you so much! Big part of why I enjoy drawing is to maybe perk up a good mood from someone, and I'm very happy to hear it possibly does that for you. :) <3

And she really appreciates that! I'm fairly certain she actually does enjoy all this than 'put up with it'... now. :)
I can't even describe how much I secretly fangirl over you. (Sorry if that sounds creepy LOL) But I just really look up to you, you're really one of my biggest inspirations. I aspire to be at your level someday, though I tend to doubt it. xp

The improvements I've seen you make in your art never cease to amaze me - I believe without a doubt that with more time and practice your art will get even MORE amazing than it already is!
I hope I can make it out to Megaplex next summer so I can meet you, I'm honored enough simply just by knowing you.
