I was what you called one of the 'unpopular' kids in high-school. Which is usually about 3~4 grades after everyone hands out valentimes to their classmates.

I'm not certain.

11. Do your parents give you presents on Valentines?

I don't see why I would.

They can be okay... but some can taste pretty bad.

Not really. It can even be funny with all the "WUVWUVDOKIDOKI" people everywhere.
