Ugh, I know right? It's actually kind of a pain in the ass and I've yet to get my images to recache. This could actually be the thing that would make me leave FA or use it a lot less, personally. I already size my stuff down quite a bit.

Yeah, I thought the same. This is an important issue for me and may make me wonder about starting to use Weasyl and such... I tend to keep my pìcs around 1280 just for FA but...

You can bypass the limit by just reuploading the pic again as an edit to the submission. I don't recommend doing so if the pic is large.

Some people's screens aren't 1080p. Scrolling around is annoying. Even the min size is big enough, couldn't even fit it on a 1080 screen.

I am aware that not everyone has a 1080 monitor, but if I spend hours making a pic I think is worth viewing at a higher resolution I will post it that way, I don't want it to be reduced and blurried just because the conversion doesn't sharpen the pic... And now I can't even upload a 1280 version without the blurriness

The whole thing is just confusing. Although it WILL change to the larger size after some time, it will seemingly always stay blurry and 1280 to the one who uploaded it.
That has happened to me and a friend of mine. I don't know if you still see your latest upload as a blurry 1280 or not, but I see the full res. crystal clear.

This bug is weird

I dunno how do you see the last one bigger than 1280, I am not able to even using other browsers, devices, clearing their caches or even downloading the image itself. Still blurry 1280px wide >:

I knooooow. That's why it is so extremely weird. I even try on my phone but it still doesn't change. Maybe it has something to do with the account? I have no idea, but let me give you some examples.

To him it appears as 1280 in width and it's super blurry/compressed. But to me I see it in the full resolution.

I have no idea why this bug is happening but I absolutely assure you it's not just you and we all see it as it's supposed to be viewed! Still shame it doesn't appear like so to you yourself ;w;
