Mavies rules for adopts/auctions!!
So i dont have one of these yet, but it needs to be written up so theirs less confusion about my adopt N auction rules ^^ n as most of you know im a pretty simple lady, sooooo shall try not to complicate anything ^__^ ( and use Ctrl+F if your looking for something in particular)
ah and remember these are my rules for my adopts, please ask other artists what their rules are for their adopts if buying someone else adopts ^_- every artist is different~ respect that ya foo!
Adopts rules!
- adopts are at a set price, no hagglinge plz ^^
-customs are always available, if the post is old n you're unsure feel free to ask in comments or notes ~
-my closed species are closed, please dont make your own ^^
-no trades unless you have a silkbunor an Eeray to trade
- all adopts are first comment first serve
- you many buy as many adopts as you'd like at one time
-once you buy they are 100% yours (read the TOS below for more info)
Auction rules!
- all my auctions will have a digital payment fee (usually $2-3) to cover stupid fees of the payment company i use (the pal of payment who shall not be named) this shall be added to your final bid total
- auctions that have a buyout price is the final price, no fees or anything will be added to that price, and no haggling the set price.
- all my character auctions can be modified (by me at your request when you win them) im happy to make adjustments to their design, such as changing their gender, hair style, genitals size, adding body weight to them (just a bit of love chubb or expanding their hips ect ^^ ) giving them piercings/scars of some sort n anything else small like that ^^
- if you'd like a back/side view fo the character and one is not provided, i can do so, but for an extra fee. (price depends on how many views/head-shots you want to add to it) so note me at any time if your curious~
-yes you may copy/paste the char's description ive typed out on their auction page if you'd like to use it for their char design/story/background or what not ^^
-once you buy they are 100% yours (read the TOS below for more info)
THE TOS !! (terms of service ^_-)
By purchasing an adoptable from me, you agree to the following:
-Upon purchasing, you own the character. the character becomes 100% yours. You may do whatever you wish with them. (writes stories, small changes to their appearance, use them for RPs, make an Flist, resell them if you've not used them, give them as a birthday gift to a friend, pretty much anything you'd like to do with them you can, their your babies now )
- you are buying the right to the character and their appearance, you don't own the species, and do not clame to have draw the pic that i drew *shakes finger at chu*
- if you do choose to resell an adopt, for whatever the reason, sell them for less than or equal value, of what you bought them for (unless you have a bunch of art from other artists to go along with the charcter) and be sure to credit me for the initial design as well as the art i drew. (that's :icon fsmaverick: without the space )
-Please do not make "families" or "babies" of the adopts if they are part of one of my closed species. you can breed them with another one of your existing characters, but please don't make your own design of one of my species.
- Please credit me for the design where necessary. with either a link back to the original, my icon or my name (as in :icon fsmaverick: or :link fsmaverick: just take out the space ^^)
-Trading or gifting the adopt is fine, but if possible I'd like to be notified of where it goes (not necessary, but it would be appreciated, as I'd like to change who the character belongs to on the deviation to prevent any confusion!)
- You may resell the adopt but for no more than what you spent on it. I'd also like to be notified, to know where it goes ^^ , including using them for commercial work, you just can not use my art commercially unless you've commissioned it for commercial purposes.
- I still retain the right to post the art of the adoptable in my gallery/portfolio. I will credit ownership of the character to whomever bought them, of course!
ORDERING A CUSTOM!
to order a custom adopt or character design from me, please send me a note with "custom" somewhere in the subject line. ^_- ah and fill this out n remove all the parenthesis ...
