Once upon a time a conversation went like so:
Me: Isn't our speed slower than what we're paying for?
ISP: No <pause> it's actually slightly faster than what you should be getting.
Me: Oh... <insert sadface>
ISP: Also, did you know that you can get twice the speed you're getting now and save one dollar a month? We no longer offer the plan you're on and we've been offering a faster plan for the last few months.
Me: Oh! <pause & ears perk> Do tell me more! =D
I just love it when surprises like this happen! ^^
